Uproot Restaurant opened this  past year in Warren, New Jersey. This  space  is a great combination of woods and glass, not to mention their use of of furniture, fabric, and texture.  Riscala Agnese Design Group came up with an amazing space.  I would love to try the meals that Executive Chef Anthony Bucco, Sous Chef Mark Farro, and Manager/ Sommelier Jonathan Ross are creating everyday.
