Marcel Wanders | Surrealist Designer

I wanted to be sure to post about my new fascination with Dutch Designer Marcel Wanders. I had previously heard of him with his contribution to Forbo's Dutch Designer Collection.

But I was amazed with my further investigation of his work in the realm of product and furniture design as well as interior design. Marcel's Studio had been featured in several design magazines, and publications.

The designs of Marcel Wanders Studio are so unique and surreal.

In the Interior Design realm, his masterpiece which opened this past year is the Mondrian Hotel, Miami.

This project displays an amazing use of form and space. And includes very modern and innovative ideas using pattern and color.
